Teresa has a diverse background with over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, quality, continuous improvement, and executive management. She grew-up working in a family owned concrete business and learned business and employee relationship skills that are not taught in college. Teresa has a masters degree in engineering From Michigan Tech & Bradley University. After college she went onto work in businesses ranging from a smaller family owned business to several billion dollar companies mainly in executive management. With a dual income family and having moved for either her or her husband’s job 9 times, she has learned to be adaptable to the ever changing business environment which included for several years working as a consultant to help turn business around. In 2018, she decided to get out of corporate america and start her own insurance business which allowed her the flexibility to manage her own time and take control of her family’s future. The five-session seminar focuses on the key elements that you must have in place to grow: Mindset, Metrics, Marketing, Methods & Management
Through this process you will detail out your personal game plan to grow your business and hit your targets!
Each session will include hands-on exercises, a roundtable of fellow business leaders to learn with, and resources for you to utilize for years to come.

Investment: INTRO offer of $250 for the first session. (Rate going forward will be $300+) Included is a binder with learning material and personal goals from the seminar that you can refer back to year-after-year.
